## Neue Infografik Loyalty

Im stationären Handel ist das Thema Loyalty (Kundenbindung) schon länger ein elementarer Bestandteil…

„Im weitesgehenden Sinne sind sog. Loyalty Programme ein Kundenbindungs- oder schlicht ein Marketingtool im Handel. Sie dienen der Gewinnung und Bindung von Kunden durch Mehrwertangebote in Sachen Service oder Waren. Das Ziel der Händler ist dabei nicht nur neue bzw. Wiederholungskäufer zu gewinnen, sondern auch an personenbezogenen Daten seiner Kundschaft zu kommen, um diese noch besser und individueller mit Angeboten auszustatten.“

Wir haben uns also etwas in „branchenfremde Gefilde“ gewagt und uns den Loyaltybereich angesehen. Eine oft unterschätzte Nische. Aber in Teilen doch nahe am Payment dran. Deswegen verschaffen wir hier einen Überblick.
